Engine dyno

Then our new dyno facility is up and running.

Motor dyno: Borghi & Saveri, Eddy currend dynamometer.
Most factories and newer plants use electric dynos today.
Full engine monitoring via AFR, fuel flow, egt, knock sensor, cooling water.
Dyno is calibrated to factory specifications and has an accuracy of close to 100%.

We have:

  • Thermostatically controlled cooling tower
  • 2 fuel flow meters - AFR
  • External knock sensor
  • Egt (exhaust temp gauges)
  • Pipe pressure gauges
  • Turbo pressure gauges

Our dyno system is at the top of the world in terms of accuracy, where the software controls the braking completely at the set rpm, pitch rpm/sec. We can run the engine at all throttle positions and revs so that we can create perfect maps (ECU program)

Beyond this, we charge NOK 895,- /hour

Pipe test Polaris Pro 2014 virtually no hp to gain on aftermarket pipes for the pro, the AAEN pipe gave 135 hp with the map that came with it, all tests are done with auto load 20 sec with the best PC5 map.

We fitted our high flow y-pipe and air box mod kit and the power is +6 hp at less than half the price.
